So 6 weeks in and we all are doing fantastic!!!
We are growing from strength to strength, we have fantastic students that train every week within our style and are doing great!
We are covering all our basics techniques in every class, plus covering how to apply those techniques within a self defence application.
We have also covered some footwork and fitness drills to keep the mind and body active as well as keeping everyone training at their maximum peak.
We have been going through our first few kata at walking pace to get ourselves used to the patterns before applying the power strength and good solid grounding that is needed for future assessments.
