We are a family club run by a husband, wife and three children with 20 years karate experience. Our aim is to share our knowledge, to empower our students with the skills to be confident in self-defence and learn a superior martial art that has transformed our lives.

KAZOKU KOMBAT DEFENCE COURSE.

A 6 WEEKS COURSE STARTING ON 13TH JUNE.

A place where you can be you for a while, work on mindset, train hard and have fun.

We work on general fitness exercises, arm and leg combat combinations,

Specific striking focus pad drills, weighted (1kg) combo’s and footwork,, bag groundwork from top mount, side mounts and on the ground.

Basic hand grips and grabs with defence applications, groundwork body shifting to get a person off of you.

Rape escapes and more.

Our next 6 week course starts on Tuesday 13TH JUNE at shinfield infants school Rg29eh 19:40-20:30

The cost of this course is £60 for brand new members, this covers your training for 6 weeks, includes a T-shirt, insurance, water bottle and a pair of hand wrap gloves.
