What`s the difference between the karate and combat?
The difference from both of our programs are more combat based. As you can see from the below picture, these are the key areas we will work on.
It will have key basics that are adapted for punch bags, partner work and ground work. There will be clinch drills, holds and locks, fighting from the ground, submissions and more.
We will have 3 separate age groups for this brand NEW program being suitable for everyone age 6+
